THE PROJECT OPERATED BY THE CORPORATION IS AN ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT KNOWN AS JULIET A. PEDDLE PARK. THE PROJECT IS FINANCED WITH A MORTGAGE THAT IS INSURED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD"), PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND IS, THEREFORE, REGULATED BY HUD WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
