PROVIDE A SUITABLE PLACE FOR THE BURIAL OF THE DEAD ACCORDING TO THE JEWISH FAITH; TO PROVIDE FOR THE ORNAMENTATION AND PROTECTION OF SUCH CEMETERY; TO CONTROL, REGULATE AND MANAGE THE CEMETERY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TRADITIONS OF JUDAISM AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW; TO MAINTAIN FUNDS, ACCEPT DONATIONS, SELL BURIAL PRIVILEGES AND OTHERWISE ENGAGE IN SUCH TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION SET OUT ABOVE; TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN A PERPETUAL CARE FUND FOR THE CARE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE LOTS IN WHICH BURIALS HAVE BEEN AND ARE MADE FROM TIME TO TIME, THE INCOME OF SAID FUND WILL BE USED FOR SUCH PURPOSE; AND TO PERFORM SUCH OTHER ACTS AND FOUNDATIONS AS MAY BE REQUIRED TO CARRY OUT THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CEMETERY AS SET OUT ABOVE.
