FACE LOW-COST ANIMAL CLINIC IS INDIANAPOLIS' NONPROFIT, HIGH-VOLUME, LOW-COST ANIMAL CLINIC. SINCE OPENING ITS DOORS IN 1999, FACE HAS PERFORMED MORE THAN 300,000 SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES, CONTRIBUTING TO A 90 PERCENT REDUCTION IN CATS AND DOGS EUTHANIZED IN INDIANAPOLIS. SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES ARE THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO CUT DOWN ON PET OVERPOPULATION, CURBING NEEDLESS EUTHANASIA OF CATS AND DOGS. FACE OFFERS SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES MONDAY - THURSDAY. MOREOVER, KEEPING PETS HEALTHY THROUGH SPAY/NEUTER SERVICES, WELLNESS AND PREVENTIVE CARE KEEPS THEM WITH THE PEOPLE WHO LOVE THEM AND OUT OF AREA SHELTERS. FACE'S COMMUNITY CAT SERVICES WORK TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF CATS THAT END UP IN SHELTERS BY FOCUSING ON SPAY/NEUTER. MEDICAL CARE FOR ILLNESS OR INJURY IS PROVIDED AS NECESSARY AT TIME OF SURGERY. FACE PROVIDED DISCOUNTED SURGERIES AND VACCINES TO 1,959 COMMUNITY CATS IN 2023. EACH COMMUNITY CAT ALSO RECEIVED THEIR RABIES VACCINE, FVRCP VACCINE, AN EAR TIP, AND A THREE-MONTH DOSE OF FLEA PREVENTION.
