IN 2025, NORTHEAST INDIANA REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP HAD A VERY PRODUCTIVE AND BUSY YEAR IN BUSINESS ATTRACTION. MAJOR ACTIVITIES INCLUDED ASSISTING WITH 7 NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENTS IN THE REGION TOTALING 2,354 NEW PROJECTED JOBS. NEI SOURCED 67 NEW PROJECTS; ISSUING 37 PROJECTS TO OUR NETWORK LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS; ENGAGING WITH 306 SITE SELECTORS AND NATIONAL BROKERS WHICH GENERATED 225 NEW LEADS BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. THE NEI TEAM EXECUTED 40 TOTAL SALES MISSIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, 35 DOMESTIC AND 5 INTERNATIONAL WITH SALES MISSIONS INCLUDING OUTREACH EFFORTS TO ITALY, THE UNITED KINGDOM, GERMANY AND JAPAN; CONDUCTED 13 TARGETED DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGNS; AND CONNECTED WITH 306 SITE CONSULTANTS AND NATIONAL BROKERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. A ROBUST PIPELINE OF 90 ACTIVE PROJECTS IS HELPING CARRY MOMENTUM INTO 2026.THE BUSINESS ATTRACTION TEAM TOPPED PAST RECORDS BY HOSTING 3 FAMILIARIZATION (FAM) TOURS WHICH BROUGHT EXPERIENCED SITE CONSULTANTS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPERS TO THE FORT WAYNE AREA AND ACROSS THE REGION FOR UNIQUE ACTIVITIES AND AN EXPLORATION OF THE DOWNTOWN CORE.
