APPLICANTS FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP MUST BE A HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR AND IN THE TOP 50% OF HIS OR HER CLASS. THERE ARE OR WILL BE NO RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS IN THE SELECTION PROCEDURES WHICH ARE BASED UPON RACE OR THE EMPLOYMENT STATUS OF THE PROSPECTIVE RECIPIENT OR ANY RELATIVE OF THE PROSPECTIVE RECIPIENT. RELATIVES OF MEMBERS OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE WILL BE INELIGIBLE AND WILL NOT QUALIFY AS POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS. THE APPROXIMATED NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS WILL BE 100.
