THE CAREER ACADEMY IS A TWO WEEK, FORTY (40) HOUR TRAINING PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES JOB-READINESS TRAINING, PRE AND POST- PLACEMENT SERVICES INCLUDING JOB PLACEMENT, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND INTEREST ASSESSMENTS, AND PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. IN 2025, 390 INDIVIDUALS WERE ENROLLED IN THE CAREER ACADEMY AND 248 GRADUATED. BLUE JACKET STAFFING PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FOR THE CAREER ACADEMY GRADUATES FOR WHICH 188 WERE EMPLOYED DURING 2025.

THE FANTASY OF LIGHTS HOLIDAY LIGHT SHOWS ARE ALSO STAFFED BY FORMER CAREER ACADEMY GRADUATES, PROVIDING TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. THE RETAIL LOCATIONS AND FANTASY OF LIGHTS EVENTS ALIGN CLOSELY WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR CAREER ACADEMY GRADUATES.
