Accomplishments for the year included:1.Host a year-round swimming program, served a total of 195 swimmers in Fall, 200 swimmers in Spring/Summer and 150 swimmers in Winter.2.Built an inclusive swimming community including youth from age 5 to 18, from 1st-year beginner swimmers to 10-year veteran advanced swimmers.3.Help more than 100 swimmers achieve cumulatively more than 300 personal best times through the year. Providing swimmers increases confidence and understanding of consistency in effort both physical and mental.4.Host swim clinics featuring domestic and international Olympians. Helps swimmers develop the technical skills and physical fitness necessary to become more proficient swimmers.5.Host 5 Marin league swimming meets and participate 10 Marin league swim meets. Ranked top 2 in dual meet and Championship. And recognized as the most fun and nicest team.6.Participated in 13 USA Swimming meets. Help swimmers achieve their personal best. 6 Swimmers qualified for the Pacific Junior Olympic swimming Meet.7.Build a supportive community, and drive long-term personal growth and friendship. Spring picnic, Memorial Day Parade, swimathon, end-of-year banquet, Water park field trip, Championship meet, and Christmas party bring the community together.8.Provide Financial aid to qualified swimmers9.Provide financial support to the Free to Swim program in Marin City, CA.10.Build close partnerships with Tam High School swimming community, Strawberry Community Center, and Swim Marin. Collectively building a positive youth community on and beyond the pool.
