DURING THE PERIOD ENDED AUGUST 31, 2007, THE ORGANIZATION DETERMINED THAT IT NO LONGER OPERATED AS A "CHURCH," BUT CONTINUES TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
