THE SUBSCRIPTION BILLING PROGRAM ALLOWS ORGANIZATIONS TO PAY AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE ONGOING SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE JOINT COMMISSION. REVENUE FROM ANNUAL ACCREDITATION SUBSCRIPTION FEES IS RECOGNIZED RATABLY OVER THE PERIOD TO WHICH THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES RELATE.
