THE ORGANIZATION USES MEDICAL, SOCIAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL PROGRAMS TO ACCOMPLISH THESE PURPOSES. ITS CLINIC IS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CHICAGO. THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS EL RINCON COMMUNITY CLINIC AND CHANGED ITS NAME DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2012.
