The Association produced several newsletters, published and distributed on a monthly basis to over 1,500 members, press contacts and legislators. The Association's annual convention and trade show included members, non-members, exhibitors and press. The Association's certified transportation broker program conducted exams three times during the year and awarded numerous certifications. The Association published a membership directory that was provided free of charge to all members and all interested parties within the industry. The Association created a website through which breaking news and more frequent updates to major stories are provided.
