Membership Certification Services The majority of our work has to do with assisting our members and teachers, including dealing with all aspects of certification and connecting members of the community with one another. In 2023, our membership increased to 2,325 individuals from 73 countries We have 240 Coordinators from 36 countries, who teach and offer certification through the Institute. The Equity in Membership policy, which created lower prices for membership and certification for countries with the most struggling economies, has resulted in an increase in membership and income from memberships. We offered 10 Roundtables, which are conversations on a variety of topics, free for members, as well as 12 Cafecitos or Mesas Redondas, which are Spanish language online gatherings for members. We initiated a new popular free program for members called Reading Freshly. We initiated a new tradition, Honoring Milestones, to celebrate those newly certified and new Coordinators as well as deceased Coordinators.
