COMMUNITY OWNERSHIP: Immigrant Justice: TRP's legal clinic provides high-quality immigration legal services aimed at protecting Illinois immigrant families. In 2024, TRP helped newly arrived immigrants submit 9,600 applications for work authorizations and provided free legal screenings to 1,276 immigrants. TRP engages over 70 community navigators who educated 11,353 people on their rights and immigration options in 2024. TRP also coordinates efforts and builds capacity to strengthen the immigrant-serving nonprofit sector in Illinois. In 2024, TRP sub-granted over $20M to immigrant-serving partners across Illinois. TRP and partners reached 188,770 people in immigrant communities in Illinois. Community Wellness: TRP's HOPE program educates and engages community members to address and prevent domestic violence. In 2024, HOPE provided family counseling and support to 1,441 people. TRP's ELLAS program offers support, education, and connection to healthcare to immigrant women at risk of, in treatment for or recent survivors of breast cancer. ELLAS engaged 2,454 women in its work in 2024.

STEWARDSHIP OF COMMUNITY ASSETS: Affordable Housing: TRP develops and preserves high-quality affordable housing for renters and buyers across Southwest Chicago. TRP is currently developing 98 units of affordable rental housing in Pilsen through its newest development, Casa Yucatan. TRP also operates over 600 units of affordable rental housing for low-income individuals and families. In 2024, 1,186 people called a TRP apartment home.

COMMUNITY WEALTH BUILDING: Economic Mobility: TRP's Full Circle Homes program increases opportunities for residents to reduce debt, build credit, and build and maintain wealth through affordable homeownership. The program includes financial education and coaching, affordable lending products, and accessible realty services. In 2024, TRP helped 4,355 people build wealth through financial counseling, homebuyer education, realty, and lending services. TRP created 192 new homeowners, stabilized 149 homeowners through foreclosure prevention and tax appeals, and generated $45.6M in wealth for families through homeownership.
