Radiation Medicine Institute (RMI) conducts health care and health care related activities which support and benefit the operation of Endeavor Health Clinical Operations (EHCO), which is the sole corporate member. The sole corporate member of EHCO is Endeavor Health. On December 5, 2023, NS-EE Holdings was renamed to Endeavor Health and NorthShore University HealthSystem was renamed to Endeavor Health Clinical Operations. Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties. In order to increase the efficiency and quality of health care EHCO provides, RMI was organized to serve as an integral part of its health care mission and activities. RMI physicians provide professional health care services for patients of EHCO, as well as conduct medical education and research activities on behalf of EHCO.
