THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND CAPITAL ADVANCES FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
