The association is responsible for the maintenance, preservation, and improvement of a community park for the benefit of residents. Services include landscaping, tree care, beach maintenance, and facility repairs. In 2024, the association began a major renovation project to restore and reinforce the harbor seawall, funded through a one-time special assessment. This critical infrastructure improvement was necessary to prevent erosion, protect community assets, and ensure long-term park accessibility. The project was started in 2024 with a total cost of starting the project in 2024 of $225,000. The project will be completed in 2025 with an approximate additional $140,000 of 2025 expenses.
