In the fiscal year ending 6/30/2024, HPSD enrolled over 500 students offering over 100 hours of weekly instruction in two 16-week sessions from September-May, and two 4-week summer sessions. Additional intensives and workshops were offered throughout the year.

During the fiscal year ending 6/30/2024, HPSD provided students with live performance opportunities including the 29th annual production of The Nutcracker (December 2023) featuring 194 dancers, presented live in Chicago and recorded for digital distribution. The annual Spring Concert was presented at the Museum of Science and Industry and featured three different shows including students ages 3-adult. The youth pre-professional training companies participated in a variety of public performances, festivals, and engagement programs throughout the community.
