Alexian Brothers Ambulatory Group, d/b/a Alexian Brothers Medical Group (ABMG) is a multi-specialty employed physician group of Alexian Brothers Health System comprised of Primary Care, OBGYN and Specialty Care Health Services at select sites throughout the Alexian Brothers Health System service area. There are approximately 140 physicians and advance practice providers in ABMG. Our clinicians are patient-centered, compassionate and expertly trained. Our goal is to be the professionals entrusted with a lifetime of care and collaborate with our patients to offer the most effective and clinically proven strategies for their healthcare needs. Dozens of convenient locations for ABMG offer flexible access, prompt treatment for seasonal infections, preventive focus through annual physicals, treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, routine health screenings, management of chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension and coordination of care with specialists. About Alexian Brothers Health System: Alexian Brothers Medical Group is a member of Alexian Brothers Health System, a comprehensive and diversified healthcare organization headquartered in the city of Chicago. Alexian Brothers Health System is a Ministry Organization of Ascension Health.
