THE TRUST IS AUTHORIZED BY THE TRUST AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE MEDICAL AND HEALTH BENEFITS TO PARTICIPANTS, INCLUDING SICK AND ACCIDENTAL BENEFITS, BY REIMBURSEMENT OR OTHERWISE.
