In 2025 The Storytellers Project served our community in our 2 program areas Social Emotional Learning in schools and Breaking Chains Building Bonds Family Healing Program. We served 180 K-12 students in our SEL Programs and 135 families including parents and children in our Breaking Chains Building Bonds program for formerly incarcerated parents and children. We also provided 10,280 servings of worth of food donations to our families Our programs continue to provide youth and their caregivers with the tools they need to deal with life's challenges through the use of the arts, storytelling, and experiences in nature. Our Breaking Chains Building Bonds participants continue to rebuild relationships and reintegrate back into their families and stay out of prison. We maintain a 10% to 25% recidivism rate, reducing crime and saving taxpayers money.
