We accomplished our mission in the following community service efforts: purchase and donation of clothing for veterans clothing room at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, providing access to historical information on how women and our chapter of NSDAR helped shape Chicago through digitization and hosting of Chicago Chapter historical records, supporting several Chicago students with scholarships for postsecondary education, providing support, snacks, and flags at several Naturalization ceremonies at the Federal Courthouse in Chicago, photographically recording of gravestones at local cemetaries and participation at Chicago Stand -Down providing food & services for homeless & in-need veterans.
