AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2023, NCIF AND ITS CONSOLIDATED SUBSIDIARIES HAD TOTAL ASSETS ON BALANCE SHEET OF $62 MILLION. WITH $167 MILLION OF NEW MARKETS TAX CREDITS (NMTC) ALLOCATIONS OUTSTANDING, TOTAL ASSETS UNDER MANAGEMENT WAS $238 MILLION AT DECEMBER 31, 2023.
