THIS TRUST FUND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY A BOARD OF TRUSTEES, WHICH SHALL CONSTITUTE A LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATION ACT OF 1978, AND THE LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS ACT OF 1947, AS AMENDED.
