To promote the improvements & advancements of quality asphalt pavement construction in Illinois and to provide assistance to our members in the areas of research, technical specifications, environmental issues, education, promotion, government relations, and other related areas, and to educate potential buyers and specifiers of asphalt pavement.
Various meetings and seminars are held to promote the improvements and advantages of asphalt pavement construction and to initiate contracts between our members and vendors.
Contributions made by the Association to other groups that support the road building industry.
The Association provides scholarships to college engineering students. In 2023, 20 college students were awarded scholarships.
