THE FUND IS MAINTAINED BY EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS OF .40 CENTS STARTING JANUARY 1, 2025 AND 31 CENTS PER HOUR PRIOR FOR HOURS WORKED BY EMPLOYEES COVERED BY COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN BOILERMAKERS LOCAL 363 AND SIGNATORY EMPLOYERS.
