January '23: American Heart Association committed to sponsoring an Elica blood pressure monitor "lending library" at our North Highlands clinic. Completed phase one of the creation of the Arden Arcade-Glendale Lane health care campus. The 1750 Wright Street clinic will be remodeled into a dental-only clinic.March '23: Added a family medicine dermatologist and 3 pediatricians to the North Highlands clinicApril '23: Added a FNP to the North Highlands clinicMay '23: Elica's "Health on Wheels" mobile clinic program began providing same-day care at the North Highlands clinic.June '23: Elica's Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Team (incl. MD; MA; pharmacist) soon to start focused clinics at North Highlands.July '23: Elica's Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Team (incl. MD; MA; pharmacist) started seeing patients at North Highlands and Arden Arcade. The remodel of Arden Arcade into a dental-only clinic is on-track. Once completed, the number of dental operatories will increase from 3 to 16. Health Net gave Elica's Glendale Lane clinic a 100% audit score on both facilities and medical records.September '23: Elica's Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Team doubled their visit slots during the month; increased days at the North Highlands clinic due to better attendance.October '23: Installed dental equipment at the remodeled Arden Arcade dental-only clinic which is part of the Arden Arcade - Glendale Lane health care campus. Added a grant-funded Addiction Medicine Program Coordinator to the North Highlands clinic. Arden Arcade dental-only clinic opened on October 30th with 2 dentists and 1 hygienist.November '23: California State auditors tentatively scheduled a site visit to the North Highlands clinic that will occur on December 7th as part of the rate-setting process.December '23: Representatives from the State of California Department of Health Care Services Audit and Investigations Branch visited Elica's North Highlands clinic onDecember 7th as part of the rate-setting review for fully-licensed FQHC clinic sites. Elica's "Clinic Days" were scheduled to happen at the North Highlands clinic on December 12th and 14th.
