WE OFFER SHELTER, MEDICAL ATTENTION, FOOD, CLOTHING AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND REFERALS. WELCOME INN IS THE NAME OF THE DAYTIME CENTER OPERATED BY S.O.C.H.
