CONDITIONS APPROPRIATE FOR THE TREATMENT IN AN LTACH INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: MEDICALLY COMPLEX, RESPIRATORY DISORDERS INCLUDING TRACHEOTOMY, VENTILATOR DEPENDENT, CARDIAC/CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONS, RENAL DISEASE, ONCOLOGY AND WOUND CARE. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2025 THE LTACHS ADMITTED 1,707 PATIENTS AND PROVIDED 50,622 DAYS OF PATIENT CARE. The assets of ContinueCare Hospital at Palmetto Health Baptist were sold in December 2024. CONTINUE CARE HOSPITAL OF TYLER CLOSED ITS TYLER LOCATION IN AUGUST 2025.
