Michigan Labor and Economic Opportunity Community Center Grant MILEO CCG Community Center grants will provide financial assistance to strengthen Michigan communities by enhancing services that provide education support, workforce training, health services, recreation activities, older adult programming, meeting space, and other community needs. Preference will be given to communities that are below the average median income, according to the most recent federal decennial census and to Centers serving the ALICE population. It also supports the recommendations of the Michigan poverty task force goals and recommendations whose goal is to address the disparities that affect Michiganders abilities to afford necessities such as housing, child care, food, health care and transportation.
