Through the years NMJW has built the basic framework in guiding the organization to success in meeting the continueous needs of our athletes. The group of volunteers who strive to meet the goals and aspirations of past leaders. The NMJW philosophy is to serve the interest and well being of all participants, ages 5-15 years of age. That every participant in the program will have a chance to wrestle and experience the results of competition. To learn that winning is a desired goal, but that winning is not the most important goal. NMJW strives to promote good sportsmanship. We desire to create a positive environment based on mutual respect, rather than "Win - At -All-Cost" attitude. Our program is designed to instill good sportsmanship among wrestlers, coaches, parents and fans. We also foster a blend of fun and competition.
