Rescue to Adoption Program: Our Rescue to Adoption Program is the foundation of our mission. In 2024, we rescued 1,619 dogs and cats through public intake and transfers from overcrowded or high-risk rural shelters. Every animal received safe shelter, daily care, medical treatment, enrichment, and the opportunity to be adopted into a loving home. As a no-kill shelter, we are committed to giving every pet the time and care they need to heal and thrive.

Temporary Care Program: Our Temporary Care Program is one of the first of its kind in the country-a trailblazing model that supports both people and pets during times of crisis. It provides up to 120 days of safe shelter for pets while their families navigate through domestic violence, homelessness, hospitalization, eviction, or financial hardship. By giving families peace of mind that their pets are safe, this program removes a major barrier to accessing critical services like shelters, hospitals, or recovery programs-allowing familes to stabilize, heal, and ultimately reunite. In 2024, we cared for 246 pets, delivering 20,091 days of safe shelter, along with veterinary care, nutritious food, daily enrichment, and light case management to support their people.
