WITH THIS MISSION IN MIND, THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES CONSIST OF PROVIDING MEMBERS OF THE NONPROFIT CORPORATION (AND THEIR FAMILIES/GUESTS) WITH SWIMMING, TENNIS, EDUCATIONAL & CLUBHOUSE ACCESS. THESE ACTIVITIES WILL ONLY BE CONDUCTED BY MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION, THEIR FAMILIES & GUESTS, AND DIRECT STAFF OF THE ORGANIZATION. ALL TIME WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION WILL BE DEVOTED TO THE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES MENTIONED ABOVE. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE FUNDED WITH MEMBERSHIP DUES PAID BY MEMBERS, CONTRIBUTIONS AND DONATIONS FROM OUR COMMUNITY, AND FEES FOR USE OF FACILITIES PAID BY VARIOUS EXTERNAL COMMUNITY MEMBERS. THESE ACTIVITIES ALL FURTHER OUR EXEMPT PURPOSE BY ALLOWING OUR ORGANIZATION TO PROMOTE SPORTS & RECREATION WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY FACILITIES & INSTRUCTORS.
