It is distributed to all 1,700 households in the North Rosedale Park neighborhood whether the residents are members of the North Rosedale Park Civic Association or not. It is also distributed to all commercial business establishments residing within the neighborhood boundaries. Newsletter advertising is sold to defray the costs of the layout, printing & distribution. In 2011 these costs were $13,779 and the advertising revenues were $9,177. The operating losses of $4,602 were covered by membership fees, donations & fundraising activities.

A small staff cleans & prepares this facility for the numerous neighborhood social & civic events that occur in the Community House. These costs were covered by revenues from membership fees, donations, fundraising activities & rental fees.

The North Rosedale Park Civic Association owns & maintains a 7-acre park for the use of its members as well as the general public. The park contains a baseball diamond, land area for 3 youth soccer fields, a playscape for small children as well as landscaped fields & trees. Additionally, weather permitting, up to 2 ice skating rinks are maintained during the winter months. There are several boulevards in the North Rosedale Park community, & the North Rosedale Park Civic Association has worked with homeowners along these streets to maintain shubbury, trees & gardens to enhance the beauty of the neighborhood. These costs were covered by membership fees, donations & fundraising activities.
