Since 1979, CNA has worked to improve the lives of north end Grand Rapids neighbors. CNA cultivates neighborhood connections by holding community events, engaging volunteers, training neighborhood leaders and effective advocacy in the areas of health care, school reform, affordable housing and greenspace preservation. CNA is also a partner in providing affordable senior housing in the neighborhood.
