MRA WAS FORMED SINCE IT WAS SEEN AS A MORE STABLE ORGANIZATION THAN UMRT. FOR LIABILITY REASONS MRA DOES NOT HOLD THE TITLE TO THE UMRT EQUIPMENT. ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED IN RELATION TO UMRT IS IMMEDIATELY DONATED TO UMRT. MRA COLLECTS PROGRAM SERVICE FEES TO PAY FOR THE COACHES, EQUIPMENT, AND FOR INSURANCE.
