CASE MANAGERS PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH SAFETY PLANNING, EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING AND MEDICAL NEEDS. RESIDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO A COMMUNAL KITCHEN AND PANTRY.
