BY ASSISTING OWNERS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITIES IN OBTAINING GOVERNMENTAL AND FOUNDATION GRANTS AND AWARDS TO FUND THE REHABILITATION, IMPROVEMENT, FINANCING AND OPERATION OF THOSE COMMUNITIES. BY ASSISTING IN THE FUNDING OF EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR RESIDENTS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITIES.
