MISSION HEALTH OWNS A FACILITY THAT IS PREDOMINANTLY USED TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL AND TRINITY HEALTH-MICHIGAN. THE FACILITY IS USED BY THE MEDICAL STAFF OF PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL AS A DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING CENTER AND TO PROVIDE IMMUNIZATIONS TO CHILDREN TO PROMOTE HEALTH AND WELLNESS IN THE COMMUNITY. THE FACILITY ALSO HOUSES COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND OPERATES A COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT FUND TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH STATUS AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE MATERIALLY POOR.
