In the Oct 2019 Collective bargaining agreement, GM and the UAW ceased all operations under the jurisdiction of the Organization. During 2023 the Organization conducted only those activities relating to the maintenance as well as termination and payment of final contracts, commitments and employee benefit plans. THE ORGANIZATION FILED FOR DISSOLUTION EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 15, 2023. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO COMPLETE WIND DOWN ACTIVITIES DESCRIBED ABOVE THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2023 AND EXPECTS THIS PROCESS TO BE COMPLETE BY END OF YEAR 2024.
