Paragon continues to provide quality services to our members, assisting them to reach their vocational and personal goals. 2024 accomplishments include but are not limited to sustaining Self Direction in residential settings with continued staffing shortages causing mandatory. Paragon continues to work with the Public-School Systems in Wayne County and their families during the transition from graduation to entering the adult sector of our industry. Paragon has not had any legal or safety infractions in 2024. Paragon has been able to resume our fundraising efforts to help bridge the financial gaps that often occur in this industry and will continue to do so next year. We have successfully built an employee team that proves to be Paragon continues to provide additional training for our employees that is above and beyond what is expected, believing knowledge is power and members and employees will be better able to serve our very special individuals. This also reflects our satisfaction surveys showing exemplary. This team has also enabled us to welcome new members who have been on our waiting list for some time to join us to help them meet their identified goals.
