FURTHER TO PROMOTE DIRECT GRANTS, CONTRIBUTIONS, LOANS AND/OR OTHER FUND ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL AND NATIONAL RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND TO PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES TO ACCOMPLISH THE FOREGOING; AND TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR SUCH PURPOSES.
