Red Project helps people living with HIV engage in medical care and social support and provides community-based case management services. provides syringe access service delivery in Grand Rapids 40 hours a week, in Muskegon 25 hours a week, and through over 10 mobile unit sites, in Kent, Muskegon, Lake, Newaygo, Ottawa and Allegan Counties.
