Oakland Integrated Healthcare Network (OIHN), D.B.A Honor Community Health (Honor), is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and integrated health services for all individuals in Oakland County. Honor Community Health is the largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Oakland County serving more than 35,000 patients in 20 sites throughout Pontiac, Waterford, and Southfield, including eight integrated primary and behavioral health sites, one dental center, one mobile unit and ten school-based health centers. Since inception, Honor has more than tripled its locations and increased its annual patient population by more than 675%. Honor has secured a variety of funding opportunities to diversify its revenue and ensure sustainability of its operations and to grow extensively over the last few years.
