WILL BE TAX EXEMPT PURSUANT TO SECTION 501(C)(7) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND WILL CONDUCT ALL ACTIVITIES INCIDENTAL OR NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THE FOREGOING PURPOSES AS PERMITTED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(7) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. NO PART OF THE MICHIGAN DELTA FOUNDATION'S EARNINGS SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ANY PRIVATE SHAREHOLDER OR INDIVIDUAL AND MICHIGAN DELTA FOUNDATION, INC. SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO INFLUENCE LEGISLATION AS A SUBSTANTIAL PART OF ITS ACTIVITIES AND WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES FOR OR AGAINST POLITICAL CANDIDATES.
