THIS TRUST WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE A MANAGED, TEMPORARY INVESTMENT OPTION FOR DONATIONS AND OTHER FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE SEVEN PONDS NATURE CENTER OPERATING ENTITY. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SEVEN PONDS ENDOWMENT FUND (AN ADDITIONAL RELATED ENTITY) THIS TRUST PROVIDES STEWARDSHIP OF THE OPERATING ENTITY'S ANNUAL RESULTS AND NEEDS.
