THIS IN TURN SUPPORTS THE IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH STANDARDS AND THE AVAILABILITY OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR ALL PEOPLE RESIDING IN WISCONSIN.THE ASSOCIATION ALSO SUPPORTED THE ROLE OF NURSES IN THE AREA OF CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGMENT FOR IMPROVING DIABETES, HYPERTENSION AND CHOLESTEROL OUTCOMES.
