THE FOUR CORE PROGRAMMING PILLARSOUTDOORS, ENTREPRENEURIAL EXPERIENCES, STEM, AND LIFE SKILLSARE PERFECTLY DESIGNED TO ENGAGE YOUTH AT EVERY STAGE OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT. THESE PILLARS NOT ONLY ENCOURAGE EXPLORATION AND GROWTH BUT ALSO HELP OUR MEMBERS FOSTER A SENSE OF SELF AND POSITIVE CORE VALUES, EMPOWERING THEM TO SEEK CHALLENGES AND CREATE MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS. WITH OVER 5,500 GIRLS SUPPORTED BY MORE THAN 3,800 ADULT VOLUNTEERS, BADGERLAND REACHES AN IMPRESSIVE AND DIVERSE COMMUNITY ACROSS 23 COUNTIES IN WISCONSIN, AND PARTS OF MINNESOTA AND IOWA. THIS EXPANSIVE NETWORK OF MENTORS AND PEERS HELPS ENSURE THAT EACH MEMBER HAS ACCESS TO THE GUIDANCE, SUPPORT, AND ENCOURAGEMENT THEY NEED TO BECOME A STRONG, CONFIDENT LEADER AND COMMUNITY PROBLEM SOLVER.
