SIXTEENTH STREET COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS PROVIDE PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE FOR ALL AGES, WITH MOSTLY BILINGUAL BOARD-CERTIFIED TEAMS INCLUDING INTERNISTS, FAMILY PRACTICE, PEDIATRICS, AND WOMEN'S HEALTH. MANY OF THE PROVIDER STAFF ARE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH. IN CALENDAR YEAR 2024, 42,819 PATIENTS RECEIVED CARE AT 197,731 APPOINTMENTS. ALSO, WE ARE COMMITTED TO BEING THE LEADER IN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IN OUR COMMUNITY PROVIDING A FULL RANGE OF OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE WITH LICENSED PSYCHIATRISTS, PSYCHOLOGISTS, FAMILY THERAPISTS AND COUNSELORS. THESE PROVIDERS HELP ADULTS WITH STRESS, GRIEF, ANXIETY AND PANIC, AND CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WITH HYPERACTIVITY AND CONDUCT OR MOOD DISORDERS. IN CALENDAR YEAR 2024, 7,534 PATIENTS WERE SEEN AT 44,094 INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS.
