Strategic grant making focusing on addressing the elevated priorities of equity, health and prosperity Economic justice, awarded 91,500 to 28 LGBTQ and allied nonprofits working to address the overall opportunists for LGBTQ people in SE Wisconsin to live prosperous and fulfilling lives with equal access and opportunity to participate. Launched the LGBTQ scholarhip program to support LGBTQ students in SE Wi with access to post secondary education. Researched the needs of the SE WI LGTBQ communities post marriage equality conducting an environmental scan of the research and needs nation wide to state, with 27 communities leaders being interviewed from 25 organizations in SE WI and Madison. The results of the research is being used to guide Foundation convenings, fundraising and grantmaking. A report to the community was compiled.
