CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES: WE SAW SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN 2024 PRIMARILY DUE TO THE ONGOING LACK OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS IN SHEBOYGAN AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. AS A RESULT, DECREASED, BUT WE PROVIDED SHELTER SERVICES TO 65 INDIVIDUALS FOR TOTAL OF 4,035 NIGHTS, WITH OUR AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY OVER 54 NIGHTS. WE RESPONDED TO 13,171 HOTLINE CALLS AND 417 VICTIM ACCOMPANIMENTS.

NONRESIDENT SERVICES: WE SUPPORTED 929 INDIVIDUALS WITH MORE THAN 16,617 SERVICES. THESE SERVICES ARE FOCUSED ON THERAPY AND CLIENT ADVOCACY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO SAFETY PLANNING, CASE MANAGEMENT, LEGAL ADVOCACY, COURT SUPPORT, LIFE SKILLS,HOUSING SUPPORT, LANGUAGE SERVICES, AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT. IN 2024, WE SERVED 274 YOUTH, FOR 2,839 SERVICES. PROVIDED 2,242 THERAPY SESSIONS TO 180 INDIVIDUALS. AND SUPPORTED 158 INDIVIDUALS, WITH 6,097 SERVICES THROUGH OUR SOUTHEAST ASIAN PROGRAM, ASSISTED 170 INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH ADVOCACY FOR 3,574 SERVICES.
